Faysal Bank Super 8 T20 Cup 2011 is organized by Pakistan Cricket Board and sponsored by Faysal Bank. Faysal Bank Twenty20 Cup 2011 will be played in Faisalabad and it will start from 24th June 2011. There are total 15 number of matches will be played in this tournament and all of them are Day and Night Matches. All of the matches in the tournament will be played in Iqbal Stadium, Faisalabad. Iqbal Stadium has the capacity of 25,000. The winners of Faysal Bank Super 8 T20 Cup 2011 would be awarded a prize money of Rs 2.5 million while the runners up will get Rs. 1 million. Faysal Bank Super 8 Twenty20 Cup 2011 is the 8th edition of the domestic Twenty-20 Cup in Pakistan. Lahore Lions are the defending champions of Faysal Bank T20 Cup 2011 as they won the Faysal Bank T20 Cup 2010-11 edition. Geo Super is the Official Broadcaster of Faysal Bank Twenty20 Cup.

Faysal Bank Super 8 T20 Cup 2011 Teams are divided into two groups, Group A and Group B. Lahore Lions, Islamabad Leopards, Sialkot Stallions and Hyderabad Hawks are placed in Group A while Karachi Dolphins, Rawalpindi Rams, Faisalabad Wolves and Multan Tigers are placed in Group B.
